- Sulfur dioxide equivalents < 1kg
The amount of CO² avoided by this contribution corresponds
to the amount that 48m² of forest filters out of the air in one year.

With the installation of a combined heat and power unit and
a photovoltaic system, the electricity for the injection molding machines is
generated in-house.
The waste heat generated during the injection molding
process is used to heat the buildings for assembly, warehouse and office. In
addition, the combined heat and power plant generates heat that is converted by
modern absorption technology to cool the injection molding machines, creating a
steady 15° water cooling circuit that guarantees a stable production process.
This concept contributes significantly to the reduction of
energy consumption. In this way, we are making a significant contribution to
meeting our own energy requirements more sparingly and are actively the
challenges of the energy transition.

Through the efficient use of our granulators on the injection molding
machines, sprues can be efficiently recycled and reused. Large rejects are
ground in a separate granulator and fed back into the product according to
customer requirements.
We pay special attention to the absence of metal & dust in the
regrind.
Regranulate
Regrind is melted, homogenized and degassed in a compounder (twin screw
machine).
