​TOOL DESIGN & FABRICATION

​ Together with our external partners, we develop the designs of the tools & molds and thus benefit from their core competencies in steel mold making.    

With the help of modern CAD systems and suitable software, e.g. for filling & warpage pattern analyses, we can ensure that your parts meet the desired parameters and what adjustments need to be made to the mold before actual production.

​IN-HOUSE TOOL MAINTENANCE

​ Our concept is rounded off by the company's own toolmaking shop, which enables the creation of smaller injection molds and the professional maintenance of your tools. Repairs and any downtimes due to wear on the mold can thus be kept as short as possible to ensure that your delivery deadlines are met.  

For this purpose, we have a wide range of machines at our disposal, including lathes, milling machines, EDM machines and pillar drilling machines. 

Your tools receive a tool accompanying card on which all work is properly recorded & documented.

​ ASSEMBLY OF YOUR PRODUCTS  

​​ Additional options for manual and automated assembly operations create the necessary flexibility in the manufacturing process. Manual assembly operations are carried out by our own personnel; in order to avoid bottlenecks, we also cooperate here with long-standing partners from the region.    

We assume social responsibility and award contracts to Ulrichswerkstätten Augsburg (UWA) & JVA Landsberg am Lech, among others.
